Who We Are

Michael R. Rush, MA, MPA, has served as a nonprofit executive for 29 years in fields as diverse as early childhood education, adult and community education, environmental protection and United Way.  His emphasis on beginning with the end in mind, the life changing results for which a nonprofit exists, has guided his work throughout his career.  In a variety of fields, he reported success, increased donor support, engaged volunteers and built effective staff teams.  He has mentored and coached many staff and volunteers for greater satisfaction in their careers and philanthropic interests.

Terry A.
