Organizational transformation requires committed and continuous leadership from executive and volunteer leaders.  The Rush Group offers both professional and life coaching for fulfillment of professional and personal goals.

Coaching topics vary widely but may include:

 Getting Started

Our goal in coaching is to listen to the issues raised by the client and offer constructive suggestions and resources.  Coaching is not psychotherapy but can help determine the best path for the client to pursue in reaching their goals.

A free 30 minute consultation is offered to all prospective coaching clients.  Fees are based on the amount of time per session and discounts are offered for signing up for four or more sessions.  Payment by credit card is accepted.  Contact us at mrush003@austin.rr.com.
